1. General
These terms of service apply to the use of Brandista Growth Garage services. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
2. Service Description
Brandista Growth Garage offers:
- Brand strategy planning
- AI-enhanced marketing
- Storytelling services
- Digital growth consulting
- Visual identity design
3. Ordering Services
• Services are ordered by contacting our customer service
- Orders are confirmed in writing via email
- Service agreement is formed upon sending order confirmation
- Customer commits to paying the agreed price
4. Prices and Payment Terms
• Prices are stated in euros (EUR) excluding VAT
- Billing occurs according to agreed payment schedule
- Payment term is 14 days net
- Late payment interest according to interest law
5. Intellectual Property Rights
• All material created in connection with services becomes customer property after payment
- Brandista Growth Garage reserves the right to use work as reference
- Customer is responsible for rights to provided material
6. Limitation of Liability
• We are liable for our services according to applicable law
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
7. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify of changes at least 30 days in advance.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation.
