Continuity · health continuity · iOS

Notices what you don't.

Continuity reads your sleep, recovery and strain from Apple Health every night and remembers what normal looks like for you. When something actually changes, it tells you and passes it on to the apps you use.

Your heart-rate variability has been clearly below your own level for two nights. Yesterday's load alone doesn't explain it – take today easier.

→ To Veyra: recovery pressure elevated

§ 00 — Thesis

Your watch gives you a number every morning. Continuity remembers what those numbers have meant for you over weeks and months, and compares you only with you. When something changes, it tells you and acts. When nothing changes, it stays quiet.

§ 01 — Every morning

Mornings start with the truth.

When there is credible data from the night, you get one summary: how you slept, where your recovery sits against your own level, and what yesterday's load is still doing. If no data came in, no summary is invented.

A real morning summary from the app, 3 Oct 2026.
  • 01

    Readiness band

Green, amber or red. It updates during the day only when the change is significant.

  • 02

    Late sync

If your watch syncs late, the same summary updates. No second message about the same night.

  • 03

    After a workout

When a workout lands in Apple Health, it gets its own row in the Feed – and the next night's summary knows about it.

  • 04

    Week and month

A review shows the direction of your readiness over time. Honest charts, no decoration.

§ 02 — How you feel

You know how you feel. The number has to earn its place.

In the evening the Feed asks one thing: how did today go compared with usual? One tap. On a worse day you can add a reason. How you feel is the yardstick Continuity's number is measured against – not the other way round.

Try it · nothing is saved

How did today go compared with usual?

§ 03 — Continuity × Veyra

When recovery dips, the training plan changes by itself.

  1. 01 Notice

    Continuity sees the change.

Overnight heart-rate variability falls clearly below your own level. Not one bad night – a shift that stands out from your baseline.

  2. 02 Pass on

    Only a category travels.

Something like “recovery pressure elevated” moves along Brandista's event bus. Raw readings, like your heart-rate variability, never leave Continuity.

  3. 03 Adapt

    Veyra rewrites the day.

The strength session becomes light recovery work. Today's recovery always beats the week's plan.

  4. 04 Confirm

The answer comes back to the Feed.

When a session is scheduled in Veyra in response, Continuity shows it – only what actually happened.

It works the other way too: workouts logged in Apple Health are visible to Veyra's coach. And Continuity works on its own – Veyra is the first app on top of it, not a requirement.

§ 04 — Honesty

No phantom scores.

If a signal wasn't tracked, Continuity says “not tracked”. Plenty of apps reward you with numbers they never measured – and a number you can't trust doesn't change a single decision.

What shows when there is no data?

Medication · today

— not tracked

A component without data is left out of the average. It is never a hundred by default.

§ 05 — The one-minute version

See it in motion.

The same idea wherever performance can't be allowed to slip quietly – from founders and consultants to critical operations.

Silent on purpose, captioned. The real app, real data.

§ 06 — The layer

Health is the start, not the end.

AI is in every phone now. What's rare is AI that remembers you. Continuity keeps what is normal for you: your sleep, your recovery and your history. The apps on top can change, Veyra today and something else tomorrow, but the memory stays with you.

The big players build platforms you have to move into. We build the memory that moves with you.

§ 07 — Privacy

Health data is different. We built for that.

  1. 01

    Hard limits for AI

A safety-boundary engine decides what any model may see and say. Designed for GDPR Article 9 data – the strictest category there is.

  2. 02

    Doses don't travel

Medication doses are removed at byte level before anything reaches a language model. Not filtered – removed.

  3. 03

    Deletion that deletes

Two-step, verified deletion. After a request, your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

  4. 04

    Yours, and portable

Export a full copy of your history whenever you like. No locks, no tricks.

Part of Brandista

Memory that doesn't stay inside one platform.

The big players build memory inside their own walls. Brandista products share one foundation, and memory moves from product to product instead of staying inside one device or service.

  • One foundation

Shared identity, an event bus and verified memory under every product.

  • Products coordinate

A finding in one product can change what another does, as Continuity and Veyra already do.

  • Fast to production

A new product or agent team is built on the existing foundation, not from scratch.

§ 08 — FAQ

Questions, answered.

01What is Continuity?

An iOS app that reads sleep, heart-rate variability, heart rate and workouts from Apple Health, builds personal baselines from them and tells you when something changes against those baselines. When nothing changes, it stays quiet.

02Why Continuity when Apple Watch already gives a readiness score?

Your watch tells you how today looks. Continuity remembers what your normal has looked like over weeks and months, how you yourself felt about your days and what happened after each change. And it passes the finding on: when recovery dips, Veyra changes the day's training by itself. Continuity reads Apple Health, so it works with the watch you already wear.

03Do I need Veyra?

No. Continuity works on its own. With Veyra, your recovery also steers your training: when Continuity notices recovery pressure, Veyra's coach adapts the day.

04Does it work on Android?

Not yet. Continuity is currently an iOS app and reads data from Apple Health, with read-only access.

05What doesn't Continuity do?

It doesn't diagnose or give treatment advice. It tells you what has changed against your own level. Decisions – especially about medication – are always made by a person.

06What happens to my data if I stop?

You can export a full copy at any time. Deletion is two-step and verified: after a request, your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

07How do I get in?

The pilot runs by invitation and the first group is kept small. Leave your email and you'll get access and instructions directly.
